The difference a bath makes...

My hedgie Jyra is quilling right now, so she is super grumpy...I've been giving her oatmeal baths to help her out. She lets me know when she needs one, she is so much grumpier! But once she has her bath, she's good for a few days. Such a little grump! I think I would be too though if I had to go through that.

The little bugger has learned how to climb out of the kitchen sink, so we may have to move on to the bathtub soon.

Anyway, I'm just sharing my grumpy little hedgie stories.

At least youve found something to give her some relief while she is quilling :) When Bosco was quilling nothing would make him feel better, and I mean nothing.

That would suck! I guess I should consider myself lucky. I gave her a bath today, and as long as I don't over handle her, I won't get hissed at anytime soon.

Awwwwe....I feel so sad for poor quilling things. I wish they didn't have to do that. I mean, obviously they have to since they're growing, but I wish thier quills could just grow when it was time and they wouldn't have to quill....At least that way, you could buy a baby and know that it was going to stay that color....SURPRISE!! :laugh:
