Chat wont work

I have tried to go into the caht a few times now and it wont load for em..I do not know why..I have been in there before.. can someone help??

Do you have a pop up blocker? Try holding down the Control key (Ctrl) while you click on the link for chat.

I do have a pop up blocker but that has never affected anything before.. I don't understand it but it seems like the whole window freezes when I try to load it up.. I cant even close it right now, or click on anything in the window :dunno:

I tried the ctrl thing and it worked THANKS!!

strange!! Do you know how to end tasks by holding down ctrl, alt and del? If you do, end the chat task...then try again. It won't open now because you already have the window open.

I was just able to load it a minute ago...was just trying to see what it was all about since I've not been able to get it to work before!
