If she only goes to the bathroom on and under her wheel if i clean the wheel and under every day how often should i do a full cage clean?

I would do a full cage cleaning once a week still and keep on top of the daily cleaning, you can never have the cage too clean.

Full scrub downs are a once a week event around here, and by full I mean EVERYTHING from water bottles to igloos to little plastic toys get soaped downed and rinsed off in hot water. :)

Yup same here for me..I do a full cleaning of cages every weekend and scoop messes daily:)
