What color is your hedgie??

Just curious to see what color people's hedgies are...I realize many people have a number of hedgies so I guess in that case, just pick one...

Oh boy I can't pick! I don't know which color to choose :D I have had a charcoal, 2 S&P, Chocolate, & a brown.

I have 2 hedgies. I put in Urchin into your poll because I know that she is salt & pepper. Winnie on the other hand more like a cinnacot. She has a liver colored nose, white belly, light mask, and her quills are blond with the front ones being banded with a little cinnamon.

I am not really sure what color she is although she most resembles a chocolate chip (I love that color name). There is a pictue posted of her in the gallery if anyone would like to take a look and let me know what you think. I bought her because she was sweet and had really big ears.

Well, I didn't vote yet. One of mine is a ruby eyes apricot and the other will either be a brown or a darker cinnamon-won't be able to tell, she is right on the border

I have two hedgehogs that I could have voted for in the poll. I put my apricot snowflake in the poll since he is my first. I also have a chocolate chip snowflake. LoisThe pitter patter of little hedgie feet is sweet music to my ears. :hedge1:

A chocolate chips is a snowflake, More white than a chocolate chip would make it a charcoal :)

There's a whole long thread on here somewhere trying to figure out what color iggy is. I still don't think we reached a decision. I think my final choice was "cute."

hedgehog_lover, I hate correcting people, so please don't take this wrong but... I think you are mistaken about charcoal and chocolate chip. They are both snowflake colors. A charcoal's banded quills are black with brown outer edges, where as a chocolate chip is just a snowflake chocolate whose bandings are a light brown. Now a chocolate with 95-97% white quills is called a chocolate white, and a charcoal with the same percentages is a charcoal white.

I am no expert on colors, but I have had both a charcoal and a chocolate hedgehog and believe me, once you see them you will definitely see the difference in the quill banding colors.
