Avatar sayings, How do I change it?

How do I get my avatar to say something? Like for example: There's your avatar, and then it says member, senior, newbie . . . . But like RayChin's says "ARGGHHH MATEY" and chingals's says "Me addicted? Nope" I want to change mine :dunno:

You must be a member for over 30 days and make over 100 posts. You've done the 100 posts part...but 30 days have not passed yet. Be patient. :)
