specially for the nights you just really don't want to cook, or want something fast and easy for game night, movie watching, etc..

1 lb ground beef (cooked and drained well)
1 small can of refried beans
1 medium size jar of salsa
mozzarella cheese
tortilla chips

take the beans and mix into cooked meat real well.. add jar of salsa.. heat all this over low to medium heat... once the mixture is warmed, add a good spreading of the cheese over top.. cover and let cheese melt.. serve with chips..
trust me, it is awesome!!~~

another one..
take velveeta cheese and melt... add in a can or two of rotel.. you can add whatever variety you want.. can add cooked ground beef also if you like..
thats it.. serve with tortilla chips..

ooooo...nacho pie is a great game-day food (and it's really easy!) It's my family's version of a layered dip.

Bottom layer: one can of refried beans mixed with one packet of taco seasoning and a quarter cup of taco sauce.
Next: one can of chopped olives
Next: chopped long-tail green onions
Next: salsa, or chopped tomatoes
Next: sour cream
Next: chedder cheese

The layers can really be made in any order and the amounts are certainly not exact or set in stone. We enjoy using the thick Tostitos because they hold up to the dip. :)
