My chins-n-quills won't update! There are no recent posts available from my computer. I checked my calendar and reset the computer and still no luck. My version of Microsoft Office recently expired and I use that almost every day. When I use it, I have to change my calendar back in order to get it to work. Usually, I just change the calendar back to the current date and this forum works. Now, all of the sudden, this website won't update. I know a little about computers and the internet and all that but I must not know enough because I can't figure out how to fix this. Any suggestions?

Any time you try to fool one program, you're probably going to mess up another. Best thing you can do is go ahead and get the Student version of the Office program. It's a full version of it but cheaper. Until then, you could try clearing your cache, temp internet files and history folders. But it's not a problem with CnQ...it's a local problem created by yourself by changing your system date, I believe.

I have the full Office version but it's at my dad's house 2 hours away and I haven't had time to visit him. I'm pretty sure its working now but I'll definitely try to get the software setup this weekend. Thanks for explaining that! Still fuzzy about caches and all those computer jargons but I get your point.
