Ok I know this is a silly question but i need to know, How do you quote something? I know there's something underneath the color, that says quote but i quote something then copy what they say and paste it on here then quote again but this is what comes up!

It took me a while to learn this too .lol. tell me if i got it right what your trying to do....
I pressed the little page with the arrow button on the bottom of the post, if u roll over it it says quick reply to this message, and then at the bottom of the quick reply where you put your message it says quote message in reply....just click that so the green check is showing...

Instead of doing all that..just hit the "Reply" button next to the "little page with arrow button" at the bottom of the post and it will reply with quote.:)

If you copy and paste whatever you want to quote and place it between these tags [ QUOTE] [ /QUOTE], (take out the spaces between the [ and the first letter - I had to put them in or you wouldn't see them on this post) it'll put it in that little quote box too. That's the "command" that the forum software uses for quoting. If you want it to put who said the quote, just make the first tag say this instead [QUOTE=user name that said it]

Yeah but you have to close the quote with the ending tag [/QUOTE]
