As some of you know, Jet passed away yesterday, the 10th of February, while at the ER vet. I don't even know where to begin to say the good things about him, there are so many.
He was my "little bugger". I named him that because when Brenda or I would be feeding Jade her Critical Care through a syringe, Jet would try to get at it by jumping on Jade. So because he would "bug her", I started calling bugger. He was my little buddy, with such a cute little baby face. I miss him so much.
Him and Jade were cagemates since I got them, and I think they were either brother/sister or mother/son, so I think they've been together from day one. I'm so happy that I had the time with them that I had and i'm very very sad to see them both gone. I do have some solace in knowing they're back together, where they've always been.
As I said in Jade's memorial, I don't like to play favorites with my critters, but Jet and Jade were probably my favorites. They, like all others, have a special place in my heart.
