Hi everyone,
I just had to share this with you. As mentioned in my last post, Ci Wei (my hedgie) loves to sleep under his hedgie hat, so one night I went over to his cage as usual to wake him up so we could play. Imagine my surprise when I lifted the hat to find that Ci Wei was nowhere to be found! I quickly replaced the hat and snapped a picture of the scene of the crime as it had been when first approached. After all, I might need it as evidence...

I then removed the hat, photographing my every step, just in case.

Upon further investigation, however, I noticed something that seemed to me a bit odd. I pulled back the blanket, and... Wala!

A sleeping hedgehog. Whew! For the record, I have attempted to remedy this situation to prevent further occurrences by adding a small blankie to Ci Wei's cage, carefully arranged under his hedgie hat so as not to arouse his suspicions. End of story.
*Note: The preceding was, of course, a made up story based on real-life happenings. I don't really panic and grab a camera at every turn, although if anything were to happen to my little guy... watch out! :p Just kidding... hope everyone enjoyed this little making of a mystery. Thanks again for all your help, and tune in next time for... The Day Ci Wei Eloped With A Mealworm (I'm giving him his first one tonight... yick! :S )
P.S. Does anyone know how to get these pics smaller? Just curious... I'm using photobucket right now to host them, but changing their size there doesn't seem to change it here, unless time needs to go by first... hmmm... Oh well, any advice would be appreciated. :dunno: Thanks!
