Banned?

Ok, I see some names (when I'm reading posts) and 1 or 2 people have BANNED under them, what dose this mean, and why are they banned? Can they get back on, can they ever come back to the form? Sorry i'm just curious.

Banned means that the member can no longer log on or post on this forum. Banning can occur when a member violates forum rules. Depending on the nature of the offense, the person can either be banned for a certain period of time, or they can be banned for good.

It's so much more than just violating a rule. You have to work at it to get banned because the staff here is very looooooooong on patience. Either you've done one thing really horrid (like posting something terribly hateful or offensive) or you've repeatedly done something serious after being warned not to.

Trust me, I've pushed their buttons more than once and I'm still here. You gotta be BAD to be banned.

Hmm I've seen banned people on here with that title under their name and they are still posting. How come?

If they're banned, they can't post. You are probably simply seeing their past posts that were added before they were banned. A banned member can be reinstated if they plead their case with a moderator and the moderator determines they should be given a second chance.
