need help logging into chat room

Hi everyone~ for the past couple weeks I have been trying to log into the chat room here and it wont let me. I emailed a moderator and they tried to help me too, and nothing works. This is what it says when I try to log in:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I was just wondering if anyone else could tell me what I'm doing wrong, maybe I have something set wrong on my computer settings or something? Thank you. I miss talking to everyone in the chat room...

I changed one of the usergroups that you belong to so that you are now also included in the "registered" usergroup as well as the "not yet 50" usergroup. Please try to access the chat room again and let me know if you get in or not. The first sentence of this post will mean nothing to you, but it will mean something to the other admins on this site and myself so that we can go in and alter the rest of the "not yet 50" usergroup if this works. :)

Hey Alpayton, thanks for your help, unfortunetly I tried logging in again and it still wont let me. If there is anything you think I can do to make it work please let me know. Thanks again.

It could be your browser. I was getting the same message when I used Mozilla but was able to get in when I used internet explorer.

I'm using internet explorer and have got into chat before on other sites.

Do you have a java client installed?
