Right click on the picture. Go to Properties. You'll see the size of the picture in both pixels and in bytes. In pixels, your picture is over 13,000 pixels. The maximum size limit is 8196.

Firstly, Chalupa is adorable! Secondly, I hope you don't mind, I resized the pic to meet the requirements...feel free to use it or not, just figured I may be able to help. :winkgrin: The problem was your original photo was really hi-res at 230 pixels/inch, standard is just 72...that's why it was 13,720 bytes. I cropped it to 60x78 to fiit the 60x120 rule, and converted it to an indexed color gif to reduce the bytes to 5,437, well below the 8,196 byte rule. Hope this works for ya!
