My name is Kellie and I was introduced to chins by my son Iain. It was his idea to get a chin, and I did not know why. Everything I had read said that they were not good pets. Those books and sites are so wrong. We now have 8 chins and some of the sweetest cuddlers. I love learning about these little guys and watching them play. Chins are Awesome!:banana:

:welcome6: to CnQ!!! Chins ARE awesome. They are very misleading in the petstores. I talk about my chins, and some people think that they are mean. 5 minutes after talking about mine, they want one. LOL. Glad to have another chinchilla enthusiast!

Welcome to the forum. Chins are so addicting...we call it chinitis. There is a 12 step program though. First you get one....then two...then three...and before you know it...you are at twelve.
