This little girl I have as the rescue recently I am having a hard time getting her to eat her food. I have them both on Innova. She is losing weight. I mean, she will eat mealies, and canned food and stuff like that. I am just wondering if she doesn't care for the food that I am giving her. I would like to try another high quality food for them that might be more tasty to her. I wondered which type of dry food seems the most palatable to your hedgies???

Try Royal Canin slim/light 37 or 38 or Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul. I know Hemi loves the Royal Canin, and the general consensus on the board is CSFTCLS is the favorite.

Have you tried feeding her things like yogurt and cottage cheese to tempt her appetite? I know my girl just loves cottage cheese and any form of cheese really. What about cooked hamburger with no spices? Hemi also loves that, and she's a picky hedgehog.

If she is losing weight you may want to try giving her a kitten form of a kibble to help her gain some of that back.

I have to wait to get some CSFTCLS, but I got some Solid Gold and some Wellness, she seems to like it a bit better.
