I think fat is typically supposed to be under 10% but im not for sure. It seems ok (chicken is good for the 1st Ingredient) but not great. I know there are several people here who can tell you a lot more about wether it is good or not.

The other two foods in my mix are CSFTCLS Adult Lite and Solid Gold Katz-n-Flocken, both are realatively low in fat, so I think maybe the fat content in the California Natural would be okay if i use it in smaller amounts than the other stuff.... but I don't know...

10-15 % is the range you want to shoot for for fat, but the lower the fat, the better off it will be for your hedgie in the long run. California Natural is a good food. I was able to get ahold of a sample package and my quilled kids ate their way around it.

Im here- but Tawana has it covered!

Id say that it would be alright to use as a small portion of a mixture of other foods that are lower in fat :)
