Intro of new cage mate

How do you know if there is a "problem" when you introduce a new cage mate? Mine seem to be fine but they make this clicking sound. they have been in the cage all day together and kinda just ingore each other but once in ahwile hop on the others back.

It is a new cage for Both of them, ne bedding new everything. We let him (he is fixed) in first them about 10 mins later let her in... no real problems I guess...

the clicking sound is probably just their "contact" sound. it's like a "hello, i don't know you, who are you?" sort of noise. do a search on the boards for links to a couple websites that have sound clips to verify that's the sound you're hearing. from what I've read (my pair was already bonded when I got them), the mounting is pretty common in introducing new chins. as long as they're not fighting, ripping each other's fur out, any blood, or chasing each other non-stop, it's generally a success. and it sounds like you've had a successful intro! congrats! just keep your eyes on them, but so far everything sounds perfectly normal. you might want to make sure that they each have a separate hiding place though for when they need alone time.
