Hedgehogs have pimples?

Hye my hedgie has a pimple rite on top of his nose...isit dangerous? How can i get rid of it??

Can you post a picture of it? I've never known hedgies to get acne, it may be something completely different that may require veterinary attention. First thing that comes to my mind is an abcess
