Nail Clipping Tips & Advice?

Hello, everyone,

I'm just about to need to clip Aquila's nails for the first time, so I'm wondering if anyone has any tips/suggestions/hints/advice/etc for me. I'd really appreciate all the help I can get!!

A lot of people try trimming right after a bath. My Spike is more of a runner so I wait until he is sleepy (took me a few days to find a time when he was relaxed enough) and hold him in my hand and somebody else clippes his nails when he has his feet skicking out or between my fingers. Its kinda hard to explain but it worked for me. Im sure other people on here can give you better ideas.
