HEY, i came up with a great solution to a hedgies dry skin! BUY A BIG FISHTANK AND PUT IT IN THE ROOM WITH THE HEDGIES! lol, i purchased another fishtank on saturday for my room, and gizmo's skin is starting to look better now cause the increased humidity from the tank! killed two birds with one stone!

Wouldn't a humidifier work the same way, if having fish wasn't one's idea of a fun time?

of coarse...but fish are much better than a humidifier

I suppose, I'm not overly fond of fish, unless they're cooked and I'm sitting down to eat them.... lol.

They scare my cat anyway.

Fish scare your cat?? That's weird..lol My kitties would want to eat the fish! My hedgie had dry skin and I tried that Aveeno bath stuff and it worked right away! That's cool about the fish tank thing. I should really put a bowl of water in my room....my skin is super dry.

I like fish, but I don't think I like them that much to get rid of my hedgies dry skin...

Yep, my cat is afraid of everything. We had fish for a while, it took her 3 months to notice we had this 30 gallon tank sitting there. When she noticed this betta and a couple tetras looking at her, she fell off the couch.
