i'm dee and i'm unpaid staff to the adorable Daisy. she's really quite a good boss...she lets me clean her cage, take her on her daily run in her own specially built room, prepare her bath, (and clean up after it), and feed her. she rewards me with the odd hop-by cuddling, and more than one sneek attack ricochet off my back, or arm, or leg or whatever part of my body she aims at. her absolute favorite treat is a raisin, but she's also partial to the buttons and cuffs of various shirts of mine. she even takes a few soft nibbles of my knuckles daily. :) .
Daisy adopted me on xmas day. it took about....14 seconds for me to fall madly in love with her. the first 12 seconds were taken up by my brain wrapping itself around the fact that there was a giant cage in the front room that wasn't there the night before.
i'm very glad i found this site! i'm a member of another pet site that is really wonderful but there aren't many chin owners, so when i have a question, it sometimes takes a while for an answer.
