Rest in Peace little Lilo. You will be missed. I know you were a little evil and always bit me but I still loved you dearly. :hearts: I will be with you one day, please don't forget about me before I get there. I love you! I'm so sorry that you suffered so much. I was going to take you to the vet today, I really really was, but i was too late you're in a much eter place now....you'll have many other hammies to run around with and play with, please be a good girl. don't chew anything your not supposed to.
My Lilo died of wet tail. That is the only thing i can think of that she died from. She had all the symptoms, except that it happened really fast...Does that happen normally? She chewed through her cage on Wednesday night and I found her Thursday morning and she was stuck in the hole she chewed. She had been stuck all night long. i removed her and put her in another cage and she acted fine. I went to school like normal, and she was sleeping when i came home from school...I thought she was just real tired from being in that position all night and not sleeping so i left her....Yesterday morning she was sleeping too but again thought nothing of it.....Last night i came home and she was still there and wasnt moving much, and i moved her and she went to the bottom of the cage and i noticed her tail was wet, she wouldnt opne her eyes all the way and when she got to the bottom level she fell over she soon went right back up to the top, and again i left her be i came in about an hour later and she was limp and cold, but breatheing....I took her out and put her in a towel and i was petting her and telling her it was okay to let go After about 20 minutes, she passed on.
