quill loss and more.....

What is normal? Prickles lost two quills today with ball attached. She is acting fine but her back end was so dirty. I washed her held her and she seems fine, No problems and active as ever.

That seems perfectly normal to me. Hedgehogs do shed a couple quills sometimes. As long as the ball is attached, she should be a-okay. Why was her back end dirty? Did she have a particularly busy night on her wheel?

Seems normal to me :) One or two quills lost is not a huge deal, as long as it's not a bunch you should be good :)
