1. if you don't really know her all that well, find a reason to talk to her

2. if you still have a thing for her, suggest hanging out with a group (in or out of school)

3. if you still like her after that, suggest hanging out one on one

4. and if you still like her after you've kinda gotten to know her, then tell her how you feel

^^that is not necissarily what you should/have to do, but i personally would be a little creeped out if a guy who i didn't really know walked up to me and said how much he loved me. I don't know your exact situation, or how well you know her right now, etc, but that is what i've come up with

My opinion is that if she treats you badly even though you do nothing wrong, then she doesn't deserve you. id have to say that she is not worth your time. dont worry, you'll find another girl that really likes you and you'll like her back a million times more than you can imagine. it sucks to try to get over someone, but in the end it will be worth it.
don't dwell on her too much, you can try saying nice things about her.. if she doesn't take the time to notice or care, then don't waste your words on someone who doesn't appreciate them.

Why do you say that she hates you? Has she said that she hates you? My little brother is convinced that every girl in his grade hates him, but hes really just thinking too much. She probably doesnt hate you, but I dont know if shes done something to make you think that or not, but I agree with Meagan, if she treats you badly, then you shouldnt be with her.
