Channel died about 30 minutes ago. We have no idea what happened. She was outside all night with us fine as can be. About 8:00 she threw up so we put her in the bathroom. I got up to check on her and I knew she was dying. There was nothing we could do. I am crying so hard I can barely see. She was only with us 13 months but at least she had a good life for that long. I am not sure how I am gonna tell Austin. He always called her his dog. I am sitting here trying to distract myself from Jer bringing her down and putting her on the porch until we can take her to the vet in the a.m. and dispose of her body. He is being wonderful and cleaning up her mess. He knows I would freak out!!!
I just cannot beleive she is gone. I loved her so much.. She was my Nel Nel!!!!!!!!!!!!
