full and foot bathes, how often?

I know you're not suppose to give hedgies bathe frequently as it may fry out their skin. But how frequently do you give yours a bathe? Like once a week, every other week? Also how about foot bathes, you give them foot bathes more often to clean their poppy feet? Daily, every other day, weekly??

I give Hemi a quick footbath daily or every second day, it depends on if she cleans her own feet. During that time, I check to clip her nails.

She gets a full bath usually once a month, but sometimes she annoints over something sticky, so I have to pour warm water over her quills to get the sticky off. I'm not sure if that counts as a full bath though.
