Why wont it let me?

It will not let me acess some pictures. It is saying basically that I am not allowed for some reason. Could some one please inform me why this is happening? Thanks

Depending on the quirks of a purge late in Nov. 2005 or earlier this year, the pics could be gone but the posts remain.

Or, they are in our pending deletion bucket that's "behind locked doors".
