Just wondering how everyone gets their hedgehog from place to place. Let's see how everyone moves their spiky friends!

I have snuggle carry sacks (like a hedgehog purse) that work great-- and I also have a small carrier that is good for transporting also!! -- I usually use the snuggle carry sacks when we go for trips to the pet store/mall and I use the carrier when we go to the vet or on long trips!

I could have gotten a cheap plastic carrier for $11, but insead I got the petmate collapsible pet carrier for $27. The khaki/navy are my favorite colors! So, when I went to pick up Monty from the breeder, I used the petmate and a T-Shirt I was wearing in the week. It's the mini size, perfect fit in the bucket of my car seats.
It folds down for easy storage and comes with its own carrying case. I'll be using a hedgie bag in the carrier for my roadtrip back home...

That is more or less the same thing that I have. It works well for car rides and outtings :)

Well, nutty though it may be, since I often bring Daisy to school, I end up taking her whole pen. Then when I have her while I am running errands, my mom made her special bags with vinyl and fleece linings that can come out and be replaced once she has soiled them. Basically, I bring more stuff for her than I would if I had a baby. What can I say, she is a spoiled girl. Not only is she loved and spoiled at home, but the kids love and spoil her too. I just hope she doesn't become too much of a diva! :bananadance:

I use the hard plastic cat carriers when in the van. That way they can be buckled in in case of accident. Once we arrive at our destination I transfer them into one of my Hedgie Haulers. :)

When we had Sophie, we had a basket with a lid. We'd put her "blankie" in there and carry her in that----she LOVED it!

I have the exact same carrier! I love how you can roll up the side "windows". I put a hedgie bag and blankie in there. I even fit a fleece igloo in there on chilly days.

extra small Varikennel. That way they are safe, secure, nothing can crush them if something falls on them and they can be secured in the truck. A Sherry Songbird purse for walking.
