Whats wrong?

Well after her bath today i was cheacking her over making sure she was fine and i noticed behide or on the side of her right leg is like a bump she is a female is this normal

Does it look kind of white, kind of like a little pimple? If so, it could be a cyst. Hemi has one too. You should get it checked by a vet, and they may want to drain it.
