If she's wobbly, get her warm ASAP.

When her belly is warm, deal with the toenail. Don't put her in the bath, but instead, wet a washcloth and gently blot at her paw, to clean the blood off. If it continues to bleed, put her paw in cornstarch or flour, to clot the blood. Keep the paw clean, to prevent an infection.

What could have happened was that she snagged her nail while playing at night, and like a human hangnail, it ripped and bled a bit. A little blood looks like a lot from these animals, since they're so small.

That's good... keep her in there for about 20 minutes, or until she starts getting active. If she doesn't warm up within an hour, take her to the vet. And make sure to watch her carefully for the next couple days to be sure she doesn't attempt another hibernation.

Was she running alot on her wheel last night? Sometimes hedgehogs will run till their feet bleed. If she won't let you clean her feet, put just a tiny bit of water in a cookie sheet. Let her walk around in that. That way, her feet will get cleaned, but her belly won't get wet.
