Hedgehogs & Stuffed animals

Hi, I was wondering if any of your hedgies have stuffed animals as toys. If so, what size are they and how do they interact with them?

I've heard some stories here and there but never found a thread designated to stuffed animals. I've been looking around for some and was wondering which seems to be the popular choice. Thanks for your help!

we got a cute dog at Petsmart with a packet that can be warmed in the microwave. Prickles loves it and what is best is that since the "insides" can be removed it is completely washable. It is made by petstages

My crew isn't really big on stuffed animals.

Believe it or not, our little hedgies play with plush diseases :D They're called 'giant microbes' and they're esentially plush-toys designed to look like different ailments and bacteria. They can be found on a site called thinkGeek, here: http://www.thinkgeek.com/geektoys/plush/6708/images/

I love them because they're large and rounded without any small parts to chew on (avoiding the ones with strings on them) ... Im such a geek tho :laugh:

do they just snuggle with them? or do they acutually carry them around and stuff...really curious how in the world you get to play with ebola...isnt' that dangerous? lol.

Each hedgie has a different level of appreciation for their plush toys :D The other day Buddha used the Beer Yeast microbe to plug the end of a tube in the play-pen, and proceeded to sleep inside. Alexandria and Tiberious flip the Stomach Ache over every time they see it, and occasionally drag it around by the frills. Pricklemouse usually wants nothing to do with them, unless she's on a rampage re-arranging the playpen, then she'll run around and shove each toy into a different spot :laugh:

Snowball won't touch stuffed animals, but I keep a few in her cage anyways.. :laugh:
