left overs

i was wondering with easter coming up, what some of yall do with ur left over ham and other fixings? :dunno:

We have ham sandwiches. I also chop some of it up to add into different things, like eggs, hashbrown casserole, mac and cheese, soup, pinto beans...lots of uses for it here!

bean soup, you can also fry it up [yes even after it was baked] to go with breakfast

anything that's not meat we throw away... dont want tata's or mac reheated.. *yuckyyy*.. for ham we do samwiche's, ham and cheese omelets, use in soups/beans..

With ham, and even if you made green-beans.. you can make ham/potato/greenbean soup... just get some whole potatoes in cans (the little ones)... mmmmm.. and yea, definitely sammiches!

ACK!!!! Tater's warmed up is the BEST!!! Fried potato cakes from leftover mashed taters. Yum.

layer ham, mac and cheese and greens in a casserole. Pour cream of chicken soup over it, crumble chips on top and bake

Good one...I forgot about potato cakes! Those always make yummy leftovers.

Ypu could always make Ham with scalloped potatoes-- :slurp: and of couyrse sandwhiches!! -YUMM!
