Pictures and a video of Hemi!

Hey everyone. Since today was so warm, I took Hemi out to play. Well, her and Vette. Both loved it. Since Vette moves so quickly, I couldn't get any non-blurry pictures of her, but I got a bunch of Hemi. I'll be framing about 3 of them (the first three) since I love them so much. A video is also included, just so you all can see how much her leg ISN'T bothering her. (ignore the dog crying... we weren't killing her, I swear. She was just kenneled while I had the girls out playing.)

I only show 3 of the 8 pictures, and linked the rest. In the video, ignore my legs. I forgot the camera was still rolling as I pointed it away from Hemi...

In this picture, I was laying on my stomach, and she was walking toward me. I had to snap the picture quickly to get it.

:) Thank you. The first picture is my favorite. I'm going to frame it, and when she dies, ask the vet to lance some quills that I can decorate the frame with.

What a beautiful idea. She is such a precious girl. I love the tongue pic. You should take one of you and her together to frame as well. I have one of Pringle with me on my college graduation and I always look at it. She is so cute when he scurries around. You're right. Her leg doesn't seem like it is bothering her at all!! Oh, and the dog sounds cute too. Hang in there.

LOL, I never look good in pictures, so I tend to not be in front of a camera. I prefer to just have Hemi by herself and looking beautiful.

And now, I'm really thinking of giving her a HemiBlog, just so I can keep track of her eating and activity, and throw on pictures and videos for everyone here. That way, myself and everyone can see her, and judge her quality of life, and it will be easier for me to deem when I should help her cross the Rainbow Bridge, if she doesn't take matters into her own little paws.

But for now, she's enjoying being spoiled more than usual. Today, I woke her up at 7am, and took her into my bed to sleep. 3 hours later, I woke up and found myself face to face with my precious girl. She had crawled out of her bag, to lay on my chest (right over my heart). That's her favorite place to lay.

She is so cute, and honestly, beautiful! She has the perfect little shape...just a perfect little dome running around in the grass. Very sweet!
