She wheeled last night for the first time since Friday.

Usually, a hedgehog tracks the mess on the running part of the wheel. Not Vette. There's no poop anywhere on the running part. Everything is splattered on the back of the wheel. How, I don't know, but she did it.

Oh boy, Adam will have fun cleaning up after her! I'm almost debating being a really awesome girlfriend and leaving her wheel until he gets here on Friday. Then he could experience the true JOY of hedgehog ownership!

I mean, you haven't really lived until you've cleaned a gag-inducing baby hedgehog's wheel... :laugh:

Even better. LOL. There's nothing more fun than cleaning off a wheel caked in digested food.... I'll just meet him at the door and when he leans in for a kiss, shove a dirty wheel at him. "Vette says hi daddy!"

ha ha ha....I have to go out of town for 4 days luckily my friend is hedgie sitting for me but I can only image then wheels I will come home too ;)

haha, 4 days, they'll be bad. I went out of town for about 5 days once, Mom fed my brat, but didn't clean. The cage itself wasn't bad, but the litter box and wheel? Instead of cleaning the litter box, I just dumped the whole thing out. The wheel soaked for half an hour in hot water, and I still had to scrub. lol.

You would really be doing Adam a favor. I mean, I think he wants the FULL hedgie experience, right? Poopy wheels are a BIG part of that experience. Please don't deny him this opportunity. :lol:

hehe, I couldn't handle the smell. Baby poop smells alot stronger than Hemi's. I figure, he'll get the full joy of it in a week... hehe.
