unable to upload photos?

i was wondering if anyone else is having troubles attaching photos to their post? I have been trying to post some photos of my hedgie, Thistle anointing & have been unable to get the little upload page to come up??? Whats the deal?

I have looked at my pop up blocker & its allowing pop ups from this site so that shouldnt be the issue, but for some reason i cant get the page to come up? Anyone else having this problem? Mods. is there any way you can check to see why this is happening to me?

oh weee this thread can be closed, i restarted the site & well, what do you know? Its allowing me to add images again! =]
