Can't Get In Chat

Ok i am getting really mad i cant get in chat....i talked to Tunes about it and i still cant get in....Every computer i get on it wont let me in chat!! WHY??????

What message is it giving you when you try? Page not found, blank screen etc.

Have you tried using a different browser? I had trouble with Mozilla but could get in using IExplorer, then after I got in with IE I had no trouble getting in with Mozilla...I have no idea what I did (nothing that I know of) but it worked....

I'll try downloading firefox onto this computer and seeing if that works.
This is the first time I've had problems with it. Hmm.
