So since Litchi is getting older (6months) I started to switch from RC baby cat to Kitten (Bites are larger). I mixed 50-50 but she seems to only like the new food now, she only eats the kitten food! I wonder now, if she just eat the kitten food, can I just give her that?

You need to find a good quality, low fat adult cat food (Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul, Innova, etc.). Kitten and baby cat food is too high in fat (usually 20+% when hedgies should not be on more than 12%).

New food needs to be introduced slowly: change 1/4 of the old food for the new (so it's 1:3) for the first week, increase to 50-50 the next, etc. Providing a variety of healthy foods is also better for hedgehogs because you won't ever run out of food and your bases are covered if something is lacking nutrition-wise in one food.

Well the breeder told me I sould go with babycat, then kitten, then aldut food. I was just folowing her guideline (and since Litchi is really light I tough it would be ok). Anyway I dumped my old babycat bag beacause now she won't eat it, I think it's kinda pointless (each morning there where only babycat kibble on her food plate). I'll maybe continue 1-2 weeks with the kitten food (I don't want to scap all the bag) then getting her gradually to her Chicken soup/Royal Canin light mix (both food are easyly avalable)
