Rhubarb STEMS are fine. Leaves are extremely toxic. You'd have to cook it to make is safe and just my .02USD, hedgehogs aren't going to eat it. I've offered a lot of food to hedgehogs and I just don't see them snarfing up sour rhubarb.

I agree with HM. For some reason, I just can't imagine a hedgehog liking sour rhubarb. If I've learned anything about hedgehogs, it's that they'd be sooner to snap up sweet things. LOL.

I imaging that hedgies would anoint with the rhubarb due to the strong taste. I doubt they would eat a lot of it though.

I couldn't imagine that a hedgie would eat rhubarb. I make a face when eating it....I don't think they would enjoy eating it. I would think it would be too sour for them. Hedgies aren't supposed to have citrus and I would think that rhubarb would have close to the same ammount of acidity that citrus has. JMO
