It's in my supplement. Again, no problems with it. I wouldn't feed them excessively, or mix it in their food. They get maybe two seeds a night..

It's in my Kessler's supplement. No problems. I wish I had as much energy as my chins do!!!! Maybe I should try eating it!

I won't feed them to my girls.. I used to, but I don't see the point. It's extra fat they don't need.. although they did used to love them when they got them.

we used to give them to our chins, they love them but we just feed a couple raisins a day now. the sunflower seeds are high in fat although i don't think it hurt them any

A couple of raisins a day? Don't you think that's a little much?? I would be more worried about feeding too many raisins then sunflower seeds.
Back to the topic, I do not feed "sunflower" seeds, but there are some (pure) black seeds in the JAGS supplement that I am unsure what they are.

Those sound like what I use .. mine are pure black and small
The (pure) black seeds in the JAGS supplement are black oil sunflower seeds.
