can't post threads???

Hi, but, for some reason. whenever i try to post a thread on the classified ads, it says i don't have sufficant priveledges. i've confirmed the email thing, and i'm not trying to edit someone else's post. so i'm at a loss. help please.

In order to post an animal or item for sale, CnQ Members must have a minimum of 50 posts and must be a contributing member of CnQ for future use of the classifieds. The person listing items for sale must be a member of this forum (i.e. no posting for friends, neighbors, banned members, etc.) These ads will be deleted.

I believe the rule is that you have to have at least 50 posts to be able to post in classifieds.
