Suggestion for forum

I've a suggestion but I'll admit upfront I don't know how hard it would be to implement. Would it be possible to have a link on the front page where it shows ADMINISTRATOR, MOD...etc that would actually link us to a list of names for the admin, mods & buddies? Many of the new folks don't know who is who unless one of you happen to be on. It also might keep us from deluging one person in particular with problems, bugs etc.
