I was wondering if anyone else has ordered supplies, paid in full, email the person, and still have not received supplies..What do you do?

Did you e-mail them just once? Did they reply?
I personally can get behind, but the longest I go before shipping is usually a week.
I would ask them again, be polite and just say, hey I order "this" "this time ago" and haven't recieved it. I was wondering what was going on.
If you paid with Pay Pal you can file a complaint and request a refund.
And beleive it or not it can be lost in the mail system. We shipped an order to Gary in CA 2 months ago that just found its way back to us a week ago. Go figuire he kept checking with his post office and so did we, they just kept saying, nothing here!

I emailed the person 3 times and this person doesn't respond back to my email. I paid by check never had problems before. I keep asking my mail person and no packages. If the person just responds back I wouldn't be so upset but when they don't respond to emails you start to wonder.

I know I sent out a few packages that temporaily got lost in the mail. Sometimes things just gets delayed, once it even took up to two weeks for something to get delievered that was sent priority! After that long, I was ready to sent out a replacement package, but luckily everything got there okay. Hopefully everything will get resolved.

try sending them a letter in the actual mail the same adress you sent the check to and see if they respond they may have honestly forgot about it or may have actually sent it and havent been online thinking that there is no need or they may be busy with summer activities.

Send a certified letter that they will have to sign for. Indicate the items you ordered, the date it was ordered on and the expected delivery time you were projected (if they gave you one). Make sure you add in the letter the amount of money you paid them, the check number and the date it cleared your bank. This will help to cover your bases in case they decide to not send you what you ordered. Hopefully, they will realize you aren't going to let it go and you are organized in your record keeping enough to prove they owe you a service. Best case scenario...they've been away and haven't been able to retrieve emails? We always want to believe the best of people, but we have to cover ourselves at the same time. Good luck!

Is there a phone number to contact them at? I'd try that. I admit I have been as late as a week in shipping - if I am horribly bogged down in work. But other than that, it usually goes out within days of someone doing an order. If I am going to be late on it, I usually tell them, sorry I can't get it out right away for such and such reason..
Another thought also, is sometimes emails go to the trash or spam folders in inboxes. I've had a few go there of people's that are obviously not spam or trash. Yet it goes there. :(
