Heyas everyone,

I don't stop by like I used to but I figured I would stop by and introduce my newest hedgehog. I put him on hold 2 weeks ago, and brought him home last night. He is the nicest and tamest hedgehog I've ever seen. I had to slowly get my other hedgie's used to me, they would ball up and huff or growl at first. This guy does none of that, he's cool with everyone, a little scared but he sure is a sweety. He's also a biiig guy, he's only about 5 months now and muuch bigger then my other full grown hedgies, I hope he keeps growing, but then I may need to get him a bigger cage! lol Well here he is, I need to get working on the perfect name for him.

He's gorgeous :)

Thor is a strong name for a strong hedgie boy :)

He is so cute, I loooove the second picture. Is it just me or does he have an extra fluffy face?? He is one of the cutest I have ever seen...I think his name should be Chubbs...because, well, you know... :)

What a cutie!! I do have a concern about the wheel you have for him though--it doesn't have a solid bottom and could hurt his litlte toes...

he definitely looks like a sweetie. Names.... Hmm... Snuggles? Of course that doens't fit his large size etc. but if he's a sweetie?

Very cute guy! He has an adorable little nose.

That cage is WAY too small for him though. Run out to your nearest target and wallmart and pick up a sterilite or rubbermaid container for like $12.00. They make very nice large, affordable cages with minimal customizing. Heck if you use a water bowl, just take the lid of there you go.

Yeah he sure is a cutey, he does seem to have an extra fluffy face ;) Oh and I know most people are against mesh wheels, I've never had a problem w/ them and hedgies though. I bought a plastic one for my female hedgie cleo, but she refused to use it. As for the cage I know it's too small, it's only temporary until I get caught up on bills and can get a better one (got my eye on this huge rabbit cage). I had a spare 20 gallon sitting around so I fixed it up as a temp home for this guy.

As for a name I like the suggestion for Chubs, still gotta give it some thought though ;)

He is a cutie! I agree that a bucket wheel would be best for his little paws and legs. You wouldn't want an accident to happen that you could have prevented.
