So once again my hedgie left me mystified. How he dragged his kibble dish across the width of his cage and then stacked it on top of his water dish is beyond me. It defies logic and gravity. I mean, how on earth did he lift it up and set in inside the other dish?? I swear, I am going to invest in a video camera with night vision!!

HAHA, I think someone is playing tricks on you, because that's almost too amazing for a hedgehog to accomplish. LOL.

Just... wow.

It is amazing what Prickles drags across her cage, but stacking, that is something I can't even get my DH to do.....

Kendi has been doing that on a regular basis lately. She gets her ceramic food dish in her slightly larger ceramic water dish and amazingly spills very little food.

We do have a nightvision security camera and I watched her do it Tuesday night. She just nudged the food over until it was beside the water, stuck her nose underneath and nudged it up until it rested on the edge of the water dish then bumped it in. This took about 30 seconds to do. I went up, gave her fresh food, fresh water and cleaned up the wet and she did it again. Then I gave her 2 water dishes.

Funny! :)

You know, I read a lot of stories like this about hedgies before I got one, and I thought that was just the coolest thing. But Aquila hasn't done anything like this since I got her. She doesn't like any toys, except one stuffed pig that she played with occasionally and eventually ripped a hole in. She doesn't play with or move *anything*. Except her wheel, which she runs in all night. :p

If I didn't live alone I would agree with you! But I am sure it is safe to say that Stewie is behind all the moving in his cage. I agree with everyone else..we need video of this posted!

hahah, that's just amazing. I've never found Hemi to have done anything like that, but I did find her TP tube on top of her PVC pipe once.
