Are hedgehogs legal in Colorado, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania because I was thinking of getting one once I move but still not sure which state. I did narrow it down to those 3 though.

Not sure about Colorado, New Jersey I believe, requires a permit and Pennsylvania is an absolute NO-NO!
