Well are they good with the smaller ones? I have one big cage that will fit about 3 chins so I could take one or two if they are gonna get along with my little guy and im only about 1 hr from louisville

I have not ever had any of them out together so I am not sure. The brothers grew up in a house with no other chinchillas and the single male also grew up in a house with no other chinchillas so I have never attempted to put them together. You would have to go through the whole "introduction" process with your guy.

Editing to add- the brothers have been out with my other male chins and gotten along fine though if that helps :)

Additionally, we just got an email today from a woman in Louisville that has a 5 year old female chinchilla with teeth problems :( We are probably going to end up taking her in too and adopting her out eventually. The information I have so far is that she's friendly but that she needs her teeth "ground down" every 6 mos or so. I will start a new post for her as soon as I have more info.

It's ok! :) How close are you to me? You (and anyone else) are always welcome to come over and play around with any of our chins to see if they would get along with chins you already have or just to see if chins are the right pets for you.

Do you have any pictures of the brothers? Or others you have available?

Yep, they're attached. These are pics of the brothers. They are both standard.

i recently emailed you about if there was an adoption fee and for any other info you can give.

we live in northern ky just south of cincinnati and are interested in the biege and ebony younger brothers.
We were looking into buying another chin because ours seems lonely. We would rather adopt one then buy one from the petstore. Ours is a standard grey 9 month old male named Skitz because he was skitzo when we first bought him. We have a big enough cage for two more so we would be gladly to take the two off of your hands.
If they don't seem to get along with skitz we have his old cage in the shed as a temporary to introduce them and then we will go from there if we need to buy another one.
skitz is not aggresive and would really love a new playmate. 2 would be even better.
looking foward to your reply,
cesley and josh
