Chin Owner-To-Be

I just joined today, and I already posted a few blogs, but I thought I would take the time to introduce myself to this wonderful community.

I have wanted a chinchilla for many years and now I am finally getting one! I am picking her up from the breeder in late July. Her name is going to be Jelly Bean, she is a white violet female. There is a picture of her in my signature below.

I am very excited about this forum and I hope it makes me a better mommy to my chinchilla.

Welcome to CnQ. I am also new here and I love it. I also live in Florida (south FL) and just want to let you know what I found out. We need to keep our Chins cool in our time of Hurricane season. So if you have a list of stuff to buy and stock up on for the hurrican start adding to it :winkgrin:
