I was told 2 males are a NO (fighting). a male and female would = babies (not for me) and 2 females might would get along? (it just depends)
would you house them in same cage or separate?
get one now and one later or both at same time?

You can try, but I would have an other case, just in case. Plus if one get sick, it would be usefull to seperate them.

I'd seperate them at the beginning(esp. if they come from two different places) and slowly integrate them. Two females only is what I would try.

I agree. Supervise them while they are together at first to make sure they will get along, otherwise you may wake up to some injuries.

If you know you are going to want two hogs and want them living together, go for sisters. There is more chance that they will get along than 2 unrelated girls. This is not to say that unrelated girls wouldn't get along as many do.
Even with sisters or two that do get along you should always have an extra cage just in case in the future they decide they don't want to be caged together any longer. :)

I'm trying to get my sister to pay $80 so we can bring home Pumkins sister. Hopefully she will and they will get along like they did when I went to see them. I'm keeping my fingers and Quills crossed.
